Cancels and replaces the SN 55.21.12 of 14/11/2012 for update of the address of the Delphi-Grundig Centre in Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal.

OPERATIONS IN NETWORK

In case of fault of the Delphi-Grundig radio, for the countries shown in table 1, the following new procedure should be complied with:

This procedure does not apply in case of: fault not found, radio not covered by the warranty and presence of damage and/or tampering.

• Check on the Certificate of Warranty if the warranty covers the radio.
• Make sure that the radio is really faulty.
• Make sure that the radio does not show any visible damage.

Delphi-Grundig check list

• Make one copy of the certificate of warranty.
• Inform the customer that the radio is going to be removed and, within a few days, he will be recontacted by the dealership/workshop for the fitting of the replacement unit.
• Remove the radio.
• Write on the Check List, item "Radio data", the Product Code (1 - Fig. 1) and the serial number (2).

• Send the faulty radio, the Check List duly filled-in and the copy of the certificate of warranty to the Delphi-Grundig centre concerned, according to the table 1 attached hereby.

For all other countries, the standard repair procedures apply.

Radio shipping costs are at the dealership/workshop charge and will be reimbursed by Fiat as intervention under warranty coverage.

• The Exchange Centre will send a replacement radio to the dealership within two working days from the reception of the faulty unit.
• After receiving the replacement radio, the dealership/workshop can contact the Customer to book a service to fit the replacement radio.
