APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Self-levelling suspension

Removing ( Refitting )

- Set the height of the vehicle at level 3 using the adjustment buttons in the dashboard.

- Deactivate the self-levelling suspension control system by simultaneously pressing the two adjustment buttons in the dashboard (for at least 5 secs.) and the LEDs in the buttons should both come on constantly.

- Position the vehicle on the lift.

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Self-levelling suspension


1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the Panhard bar (1b), then remove it.

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Self-levelling suspension

Refitting ( Removing )

- Check that the Panhard bar is not damaged, otherwise it must be replaced.

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Self-levelling suspension


1. Place the Panhard bar (1a) in position then screw in the fixing bolts (1b) without tightening them.

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Self-levelling suspension


1. Position a hydraulic lift (1a) at the rear axle (1b) centre line.

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Self-levelling suspension


1. Raise the rear axle (1a) until the distance measured between the lower surface (1b) of the actual axle and the lower surface (1c) of the assembly support (1d) (measured at the point shown in the diagram) is equal to 210 mm.

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Self-levelling suspension

- Tighten the bolts fixing the Panhard bar to the recommended torque.

- Remove the hydraulic lift.

- Lower the lift.

- Reactivate the self-levelling suspension control system by simultaneously pressing the two adjustment buttons in the dashboard (for at least 5 secs.) and the LEDs in the buttons should both go out.

- Carry out the sensor calibration procedure.

- Check that the system is working properly by carrying out a height alteration cycle.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
