Refitting

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

   Op. 4110A10 STEERING WHEEL - R+R FOR REPLACEMENT OR CHECKS

1. Remove the safety ring (1a), release the pin (1b) and disconnect the clutch pedal (1c) from the master cylinder (1d).

2. Press the retaining tabs (2a), release the pin and remove the clutch pedal (2b) from the pedal assembly.

Removing

- Check that the clutch pedal return spring is suitably greased, if not, apply grease.

1. Place the brke pedal in position on the pedal assembly, checking that the reaction lever (1a) and the return spring (1b) are correctly matched.

2. Fit the pin positioning one of the tabs (2a) correctly inside the rotation prevention housing (2b), then check that the retaining tabs (2c) have come out fully and guarantee the seal of the actual pin in the housing.

3. Connect the master cylinder (3a) to the clutch pedal (3b) using the pin (3c); check that the head of the pin (3d) is correctly position, then fit the safety ring (3e).
