Software update (Version 5.5) - Service Solution

Cancels and replaces SN 55.02.10 of 29/07/2010 for new fault code (R6 instead of RA)

GENERAL INFORMATION

On vehicles with Blue&Me™ system, the system can be updated with the new version 5.5 software, which improves control of the Blue&Me functions

The new software version 5.5 is available for download free of charge from the Blue&Me™ portal of the official website www.fiat.com.

The Blue&Me™ pages of the website (www.fiat.com) should be consulted for instructions for the download and for updating the software, a list of compatible smartphones and more details of the Blue&Me™ system.

SOFTWARE VERSION 5.5 UPDATE

From the official website www.fiat.com access the Blue&Me™ section and download the .zip file containing the update software. (the total size of the files for downloading is about 52 Mb), then update the software, complying strictly with the instructions provided on the website.

The update process is an operation to be performed paying top attention to the instructions. In the event of errors, the system could fail to function. Remember that once this procedure has been performed, the previous software version cannot be restored anymore.
