- Check that the brake/clutch fluid in the reservoir is at the maximum level; if not, top up using the recommended fluid.

- When topping up the brake/clutch fluid, remove the reservoir cap and top up until the maximum level is reached.

The fluid in the reservoir should not exceed the MAX notch.

The symbol on the container identifies synthetic type brake/clutch fluid, distinguishing it from mineral type fluids. The use of mineral type fluids irreparably damages the special rubber seals in the hydraulic brake circuit.

Take great care to prevent the brake/clutch fluid, which is extremely corrosive, from coming into contact with the paintwork. If this does happen, wash immediately with hot water.

Brake fluid is poisonous and highly corrosive. In the event of accidental contact, immediately wash the affected parts with water and neutral soap, then rinse thoroughly. Consult a doctor immediate if you swallow the fluid.
