Speaker

While performing the control operations, please follow the following handling norms, to prevent any damage during the operation (see figure 1 in the text format Diagnosis)

Go to Step 1

Loudspeaker connector

Check that the speaker connector is properly fitted

Go to Step 2

Connector not correctly fitted

Fit the speaker connector in the proper way, restoring the correct connection

Speaker cable connector

Check that cable and connectors are intact. Check if, slightly moving the connector and the cable, the speaker works intermittently as before.

The test must be performed with operating speaker

Go to Step 3

Speaker intermittent operation

Restore the speaker correct connections

Speaker

Check that the braids of the speaker are properly positioned, in particular make sure they do not ever touch each other (see fig. 2 in the text format Diagnosis)

Go to Step 4

Braids incorrectly positioned

Restore the correct operation of the speaker braids (see fig. 3 in the text format Diagnosis)

Speaker

Check that the speaker is operating correctly, disconnecting it from the vehicle and connecting it at bench with different cables and connectors

End of diagnosis

The speaker is not working properly

Replace the door speaker
