In the case of a repair by the FIAT service network that involves disconnecting the connection or dismantling the sensor from the gearbox, it will then be necessary at the end of the repair to go to an authorized workshop operating under the ACTIA system (on the list) to position a new lead. The supplier of the system is not responsible for this.

Management of the warranty

The warranty for the digital tachograph and the speed sensor is managed directly by the ACTIA goup via the network of service centres authorized to work on ACTIA systems. For repairs relating to these components, go to a service centre authorized to work on ACTIA systems. The ACTIA group is directly responsible for the labour costs of their service centres authorized for replacing a faulty component, downloading and handing over data from the previous equipment to the client company (when possible) and for the replacement components (digital tachographs and/or speed sensors) broken under warranty.

TIGHTENING TORQUES

The table below contains the tightening torques to be used during the repair cycle if there are no specific instructions.

The figures refer to the resistance grades of the materials most frequently used in production.

In " bolt with nut" tightenings, the torque figures refer to the rotation element.
