OPERATIONS IN NETWORKIf the claimed fault is found, inform the customer that this is a natural physical phenomenon which occurs in particular conditions (heavy rain, storms) when the outside air is very humid and caused by the difference in temperature between the inside and the outside of the headlight. The headlight is provided with vents which ensure the necessary ventilation to dispose of condensation in excess form on the lens and in the cooler parts of the headlight. A certain time is therefore needed to dispose of condensation by means of air circulation through the vents. The device may be replaced only if the condensation does not disappear in normal conditions after driving for at least 1 hour with the dipped beams on and if possible with the occasional use of the main beam lights. |
