OPERATIONS AT THE DEALERSHIPS

DEALERSHIP BEHAVIOUR STANDARDS TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER

  • Once the customer's claimed fault is confirmed, reassure the Customer that the problem will be solved by reprogramming the instrument panel.
  • After the operation, show the Customer what has been done and make sure he is satisfied.

Service Solution

Only on vehicles with chassis number higher than 2471074, if the claimed fault is confirmed, reprogramme the instrument panel using wiTECHPlus, according to the Operating Cycle below.

If the fault occurs on vehicles having chassis number equal to or lower than 2471074, contact Te.Se.O. without carrying out further interventions and/or replacements; attach the number of the Escalation (1692) to the ticket, then follow the instructions given by Te.Se.O.

OPERATION CYCLE

Connect the diagnosis equipment wiTECHPlus and, through Examiner Emulator, reprogramme the instrument panel using the WEB Flash 11.07.0 (or higher), available from wiTEXEDi.

The vehicle battery must be in full charge conditions or supported by a battery charger/booster battery so as to ensure a rated voltage of 12 V, during reprogramming.
