Refitting

- Position the vehicle on the lift.

   Op. 1048A39 SLEEVE FROM AIR CLEANER TO RIGID PIPE - R R

1. Undo the nut and disconnect the engine earth from the flexible mounting.

2. Undo the nuts securing the flexible mounting to the body.

3. Undo the screws fixing the flexible mounting to the gearbox.

4. Remove the gearbox side flexible mounting.

Removing

1. Fit the gearbox side flexible mounting in position.

2. Tighten the screws fixing the flexible mounting to the gearbox to the prescribed torque.

3. Tighten the nuts fixing the flexible mounting to the body to the prescribed torque.

4. Connect the engine earth to the flexible mounting and tighten the nut to the prescribed torque.

- Remove the hydraulic lift under the gearbox to support the power unit.
