Pin 1 of the air conditioning control panel H080 is supplied by the ignition-operated line (INT) protected by fuse F51 of the Body Computer M001 (pin 18 of connector C), and at pin 4 it is supplied by the battery direct line protected by fuse F36 of the Body Computer (pin 13 of connector C).

Also, the control panel H080 is connected, via pin 6, to the air conditioning unit earth C016.

The coil for the passenger compartment air fan relay switch J035 is connected firmly on one side (pin 2) to the air conditioning unit earth C016 and, on the other side (pin 8), it receives an INT ignition-operated supply from the line protected by fuse F51 of the Body Computer M001 (pin 18 of connector C).

With the key to MAR-ON, the contact for J035 is permanently closed in the second position (pin 4), connecting pin 1 of the fan control unit H081 to earth C016.

This allows the traditional adjustment of the fan N085 speed via the fan control H081 which, via the adjustment resistances O030, allows the fan motor to be earthed via different resistance values, thereby allow the adjustment of the speed.

The passenger compartment air fan N085 receives a direct battery supply, at pin 2, via the line operated by relay switch T08 (except during starting, "INT/A") and protected by fuse F08 located in the engine compartment junction unit B001.

With the key to STOP or extracted, on the other hand, no current passes through the passenger compartment air fan relay switch J035 coil and it remains in the first position (pin 5).

In this way pin 2 of the adjustment resistances assembly O030 remains directly earthed, with the passenger compartment air fan earthed via the resistance at the second speed.

The additional heater relay switch J036 can be activated by a request coming from pin F of the additional heater control unit M075.

See E6015

The closure of the circuit produces a direct power supply for the passenger compartment air fan, causing it to work at the second speed with the key at STOP or extracted.

This supply line for fan N085 is controlled by the additional heater control unit M075. It receives a direct battery supply and is protected by fuse F05 of the engine compartment junction unit B001 and fuse F27 of the additional system fuse box B046.

The climate control system control unit H080 manages the air conditioner engagement function from pin 2 by sending the corresponding signal to the Body Computer M001 (pin 42 of connector D), which sends this request to the engine management control unit M010 via the C-CAN.

See E6021

The same signal is sent, depending on the version, either to the conversion socket or to the additional air conditioning system, if present.

See E3094

See E6025

The climate control system control unit H080 receives feedback, at pin 3, that the passenger compartment air fan N085 is turned on.

The climate control system control unit H080 is backlit, via pin 5, when the side lights come on.
