The vehicle is equipped with a setup for a car radio.

A direct battery power supply reaches pin A4 of connector A via the line protected by fuse F36 of the Body Computer M001 (pin 10 of connector G).

This direct battery power supply is protected upstream by fuse F71 (CPL1) of the B099 maxifuse control unit on the battery (connector D). On the Minibus versions, the above power supply is protected by fuse F73 (CPL1) of the maxifuse box B099 (connector D).

It also receives an ignition-controlled power supply (INT) at pin A7 of connector A along the line protected by fuse F49 also located in the Body Computer M001 (pin 15 of connector G).

Pin A8 of connector A is connected to the centre dashboard earth C022 (connector A).

The radio aerial P025 is connected to pin 1 of connector B.

On request, the aerial can be located on the right door mirror P061 (pin 1 of connector C). In this case the aerial receives a power supply via the connection between pin 1 of connector B of P061 and pin A5 of connector A of the radio P020.

Connector A of the radio P020 also has connections for the speakers:

• pins B5 (+) and B6 (-) to driver's front speakers P035 (mid-woofer) and P045 (tweeter);

• pins B3 (+) and B4 (-) to passenger side front speakers P036 (mid-woofer) and P046 (tweeter);

• pins B7 (+) and B8 (-) to the left rear speaker P030 (mid-woofer) - only on versions designed to carry people: Panorama and Combi;

• pins B1 (+) and B2 (-) to the right rear speaker P031 (mid-woofer) - only on versions designed to carry people: Panorama and Combi;

On the Minibus versions, the radio P020 is connected with the rear speakers located on the oddments shelves. Specifically:

• pin B7 (+) and B8 (-) to the left rear speaker in the ceiling P151A (pins 4 and 5);

• pin B1 (+) and B2 (-) to the right rear speaker in the ceiling P151B (pins 4 and 5).

On request on versions with transformer socket, radio controls on the steering wheel can be provided which are connected through the clock spring junction D047. Specifically:

• at pin 2 of D047 the reference earth signal from pin 12 of connector C of P020 is received;

• the signal is sent, from pin 3 of D047, for the MUTE, VOL+ and VOL- controls (located to the left of the steering wheel) to pin 10 of connector C of P020;

• the signal is sent, from pin 4 of D047, for the SOURCE, SCAN+ and SCAN- controls (located to the right of the steering wheel) to pin 11 of connector C of P020.

The power supply for lighting the radio is provided at pin A6 of connector A.
