Refitting

- Open the bonnet.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

   Op. 5010B12 CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT AIR INTAKE DUCT - R.R.

1. Open the retaining clips (1a) and release the coolant supply pipe (1b) to the vehicle inner heater.

2. Open the retaining clips (2a) and release the engine wiring (2b).

3. Open the retaining clips and release the fuel supply and return pipes.

4. Disconnect the quick connections for the fuel supply (4a) and return (4b) pipes.

1. Disconnect the quick connector (1a) for the fuel supply pipe and the quick connector (1b) for the fuel return pipe.

2. Release the fuel supply and return pipes from the retaining clips.

1. Release the fuel supply and return pipes from the retaining clips.

2. Undo the nut (2a) fixing the fuel pipe duct (2b).

1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a) and remove the fuel pipe duct (1b).

Removing

- Place the duct with fuel supply pipes in its housing and tighten the fixing screws.

- Secure the fuel supply and return pipes with the retaining clips.

- Connect the fuel supply pipe quick connector to the pressure pump and the fuel return pipe quick connector to the return manifold.

- Connect the quick connectors for the fuel supply and return pipes.

- Secure the fuel supply and return pipes and close the retaining clip.

- Engage the engine wiring and close the retaining clips.

- Engage the coolant supply pipe to the vehicle inner heater and close the retaining clips.
