1. Undo the fixing screw (1a) and release the lower section of the seat belt (1b) from the retainer (1c).

1. Remove the retainer (1a), the fixing screw (1b) and the washer (1c) from the end (1d) of the lower section of the seat belt.

1. Release the lower section of the seat belt (1a) from the upholstery (1b).
|
|
APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Combi, Euro 5

|
1. Turn outwards and release the side and upper profiles (1a) from the housings (1b) on the backrest frame.

1. Release the rear retainers for the upholstery from the seat frame.
|

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Combi, Euro 5

1. Release the retaining rods for the padding from the backrest frame.
|

APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Combi, Euro 5

|
1. Release the lower section of the seat belt from the return device on the backrest frame.
|
|
APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Combi, Euro 5

|
1. Release and remove the backrest upholstery (1a) complete with padding (1b).
|
|
APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Combi, Euro 5

|
1. Cut the rear cover retaining rings using clippers.
2. Release the retaining rods for the upholstery from the padding.
|
|
APPLICABLE TO VERSIONS WITH: Combi, Euro 5

|
- Release the contour of the upholstery from the padding.
1. Cut the front upholstery retaining rings using clippers.
2. Release the upholstery (2a) from the padding (2b).

- Check that the upholstery and the padding are not damaged - Place the upholstery onto the padding. - Place the retaining rods for the upholstery inside the padding. - With the appropriate tool, engage the front upholstery retaining rings. |

- Fit the upholstery on the padding. - With the appropriate tool, engage the rear upholstery retaining rings. |

- Position the upholstery complete with padding in its housing on the backrest frame, placing the lower section of the centre seat belt in the special housing. - Secure the padding retainers to the backrest frame. - Secure the lower upholstery profiles to the backrest frame. - Secure the side and rear profiles to the housings on the backrest frame, then fold them inwards. - Place the lower section of the seat belt in its housing. - Place the washer, the fixing screw and the retainer on the end of the lower section of the seat belt. - Position the rod retainer in its housing and tighten the fixing screw to the prescribed torque. |
