- Open the bonnet. Op. 5530B54 - Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1064B30 WASTEGATE SOLENOID VALVE MOUNTING BRACKET - R.R. |

Op. 1048A42 SLEEVE FROM FLOW METER TO TURBO CHARGER AIR INLET PIPE - R + R |

Op. 1040B28 DUPLEX FUEL SUPPLY/RETURN PIPE TO PRESSURE PUMP - R.R. |

 |
1. Open the band and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the air inlet sleeve to the turbocharger. |
 |
1. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the separator. |
 |
1. Disconnect the heater plug electrical connections.

 |
1. Undo the screw fixing the engine oil vapour recovery pipe to the camshaft housing. 2. Undo the air chamber fixing screws (2a) and remove the engine oil vapour recovery pipe (2b) with the relevant pipes. |

Refitting
(
Removing

- Place the engine oil vapour recovery pipe with the relevant pipes in position and tighten the air chamber fixing screws. - Tighten the screw fixing the engine oil vapour recovery pipe to the camshaft housing. - Connect the heater plug electrical connections.
- Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe to the separator and close the band. - Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe to the air inlet pipe to the turbocharger and close the band. Op. 1040B28 DUPLEX FUEL SUPPLY/RETURN PIPE TO PRESSURE PUMP - R.R. |

- Connect the negative battery terminal.
