Refitting

1. Undo the fuel filler cap and extract it.

2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the fuel cap flap/cover (2b) complete with support and fuel filler cap.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler.

Op. 7040H36

1. Remove the fuel pipes protective cover.

1. Remove the retaining band (1a), disconnect the breather pipe (1b) and remove the gasket (1c).

2. Remove the retaining band (2) and disconnect the pipe (2b) between the tank and the rigid section of the fuel filler pipe.

3. Remove the rigid section of the fuel filler pipe.

Removing

- Place the rigid section of the fuel filler pipe in position.

- Connect the pipe between the tank and the rigid section of the fuel filler pipe and secure it using the retaining band.

- Fit a new gasket, connect the breather pipe to the fuel filler and secure it using the band.

- Fit the fuel pipes protective cover in place.

Op. 7040H36

- Tighten the bolts fixing the fuel filler.

- Fit the fuel cap flap/cover in place complete with support and fuel filler cap and tighten the fixing bolts.

- Tighten the fuel filler cap in place.
