Refitting

- Place the car on a lift.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 7055B51

   Op. 5520B10 STARTER MOTOR - R.R.

1. Open the band (1a) and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe (1b) from the separator.

2. Undo the screw (2a) fixing the oil vapour separator (2b) to the air chamber.

1. Detach the rpm sensor electrical connection.

2. Undo the lower screw fixing the engine oil vapour separator to the crankcase.

3. Undo the screw fixing the condensation oil recovery pipe to the sump.

- Remove the oil vapour separator complete with recovery pipe.

Removing

- Place the oil vapour separator complete with recovery pipe in position.

- Tighten the screw fixing the condensation oil recovery pipe to the sump.

- Tighten the lower screw fixing the engine oil vapour separator to the crankcase.

- Connect the electrical connection for the rpm sensor.

- Tighten the screw fixing the oil vapour separator to the air chamber.

- Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe to the separator and close the band.
