Connectors |
Check that all connectors are correctly attached to the counterparts and that the CPA, if there is one, is in the closed position (See figure 1 in the text format diagnosis) |

Loose connections or interrupted continuity |
Restore the proper connections or continuity. Close any open CPAs. |

|
Eyelet terminal |
Check that the eyelet terminals are connected and the nuts tightened. Check for the yellow point meaning closure to torque. |

Eyelets not tightened correctly |
Tighten the nuts with a torque wrench, inserting the indication that they were closed to torque |

|
Terminals |
Check the continuity of the intermittent wiring to the tabs. Check that the male tabs are aligned (See figure 2 in the text format diagnosis). Using the probe kit, check the continuity or for loose connections on the inside of the female tabs. |
Go to Step 4 |
1. Male tabs not aligned. 2. Female tabs not correctly connected. |
1. Push the wire into the cavity until the terminals are realigned. 2. Perform a traction test to be sure than they do not move (primary lock damaged). In case they move, replace the wiring. If they do not move, repeat the diagnosis to confirm that the fault has been eliminated. |

Cable wiring bundle |
Check that there are no cuts on the wiring bundle, sliced wires or that there are no electrical connection jumpers (See figure 3 in the text format diagnosis) |

Wiring with signs of cuts on the cable bundle, sliced wires or there are electrical jumpers |
Replace the wiring |

Cable wiring bundle |
Check the continuity and insulation on the wiring using a tester, being careful to not insert the points into the terminals. Also check the electrical continuity on the operation involved in the fault by slightly moving the part of the wire concerned. |
Go to Step 6 |
There is an interruption in the continuity or the wiring insulation is incorrect |
Restore the correct continuity or insulation of the wiring. Also check that the circuit terminals involved are correctly positioned and that they have not been inverted. If the terminals have been inverted, restore their correct positioning and repeat the diagnosis. Replace the wiring if the fault is reconfirmed. |

Connectors |
Disconnect all the connectors involved in the fault along the entire part of the connection concerned and check for foreign bodies, grease or dust (See figure 4 in the text format diagnosis) |
Go to Step 7 |
There are foreign bodies, grease or dust |
Remove the foreign bodies or clean the connection. Repeat the diagnosis to confirm that the fault has been eliminated. |

Load connector and terminals |
Check that the wiring connection terminals are not deformed (See figure 5 in the text format diagnosis). Also check that the load connectors the terminal wiring is connected to are not deformed. |
End of diagnosis |
There are deformed terminals |
Replace the wiring if there are deformations on its terminals. Replace the loads that show deformations on the connectors. |
