- Position the vehicle on the lift. Op. 5530B54 - Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1064B36 PRESSURIZED AIR SUPPLY PIPE TO WASTE GATE ACTUATOR - R.R. |

Op. 1064B30 WASTEGATE SOLENOID VALVE MOUNTING BRACKET - R.R. |

 |
1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the E.G.R. solenoid valve.
2. Open the bands and disconnect the hoses for the differential pressure sensor. 3. Undo the fixing screws (3a) and (3b) and remove the pipe from EGR solenoid valve to air chamber (3c) complete with gaskets. |

Refitting

- Fit the pipe from EGR solenoid valve to air chamber with new gaskets and tighten the fixing screws. - Connect the differential pressure sensor hoses and close the bands. - Connect the electrical connection for the EGR solenoid valve.
