CLAIMED FAULT

• Once the claimed fault is confirmed, reassure the Customer that the problem will be solved by replacing the instrument panel.
• After the intervention, illustrate the work done and make sure the Customer is satisfied

Service Solution

When the claimed fault is confirmed, reprogramme the instrument panel according to the Operating Cycle below.

OPERATION CYCLE

Before removing the instrument panel connect the wiTECHPlus diagnosis equipment and, after replacement, via Examiner Emulator download the settings (km/miles, coupons, etc.) to the new panel.

• Replace the instrument panel with a new one drawn from Spare Parts.
• For the replacement procedure refer to operation 5560B10 of the Service Manual.

The instrument panel supplied by Spare Parts can have the same Order No. as the faulty one removed from the vehicle. In this case, before installing the new panel, make sure the date of manufacture given on the label on the back is the same as or later than that specified in the table below.
