A (negative) activation signal is sent from pin 7 of the switch control unit H090 to pin 35 of connector H of the Body Computer M001. The Body Computer M001, provides the power supply, from pin 7 of connector H, to pin 8 for the switch control unit H090, for turning on the LED signalling the function is activated. Pin 4 of the switch control unit H090 is connected to the centre dashboard earth C022 (connector A). Having received the engagement request, from pin 21 of connector F, the Body Computer M001 energizes the relay switch coil T30 located in the additional fuse box B098. The contact closes and a direct battery supply is sent to:
Similarly, having received the engagement request, from pin 19 of connector D the Body Computer M001 energizes the relay switch coil T14 located in the engine compartment junction unit B001. The contact closes and through fuse F30 a direct battery supply is sent to:
The components for the defrosting receive the following earth references:
The Body Computer M001 receives a direct battery power supply at pin A of connector A; it also receives an ignition-operated supply (INT) at pin 2 of connector G. This direct battery power supply is protected upstream by fuse F71 (CPL1) - F73 (CPL1) for the Minibus version - of the maxifuse control unit on battery B099 (connector D). It is connected to the earth of the central dashboard C022 (connector A) via pins 1 and 11 of connector G. The Body Computer M001 receives the information relating to the management of the function engine rpm) via the C-CAN, pins 38 and 37 of connector D. |
