The (negative) analogue signal for activating the rear fog lights reaches pin 39 of connector B of the Body Computer M001 from the control button located in the centre switch panel H090 (pin 9).

The activation signal for the dipped beam headlights reaches pin 42 of connector H of the Body Computer M001 from the steering column stalk H005 (pin 7 of connector A).

    See E2011 DIPPED HEADLAMPS

The fog light activation signal (active with only the side lights switched on) reaches pin 39 of connector H of M001 (this is the same for the activation of the rear fog lights) thanks to a different signal obtained via a resistance partition inside unit H090.

    See E2030 FOG LIGHTS

The Body Computer M001 controls the switching on of the rear fog lamps directly. Specifically:

  • from pin 3 of connector F the Body Computer M001 controls the switching on of the rear fog lamp incorporated in the left rear light cluster F030 (pin F) or, on Heavy Van versions, of the rear fog lamp F032 (pin 2);

  • from pin 31 of connector F the Body Computer M001 controls the switching on of the rear fog lamp incorporated in the right rear light cluster F031 (pin G).

Via the CAN line, the Body Computer M001 (pins 11 and 26 of connector H) is connected to the instrument panel E050 (pins 5 and 6) to manage the "rear fog lights on" warning light and the exterior lights failure warning light and the message in the display if there is a failure detected in the circuit.
