What is it used for?
The Newsletter is used to certify a specific Customer's claimed fault and provide standard technical and conduct guidelines to Dealerships and Customers. Homogeneity of the technical problem, based on a clear diagnosis track, reduces repeated service interventions that do not find a permanent solution to the fault. How is it used?The document provides a technical cycle providing diagnostic supports and giving service recommendations for each reported fault until other official service solutions are issued. It therefore it is addressed to field operators and can be used by technical workshop personnel for correct technical management of the serviced chassis. Updates are determined by advancements and improvements to the product.
