Replace the faulty fuses (looking for the cause of the malfunction)

OPERATION

   

With the engine running, position the terminal of the ammeter clamp on the fan positive cable and measure the current uptake at max. speed, making sure it is below 20 A

 

Go to Step 3

 

Leakage current above 20 A

 

Replace the engine fan ceramic resistor

Check all the components in the vehicle's electrical system that may cause irregular/excessive current uptake, such as: battery and alternator.
