The current socket / cigar lighter P050 and the current socket on dashboard P051 receive a direct battery power supply via the line managed by relay switch T02 and are protected by fuses F15 (pin 25 of connector A) and F14 (pin 22 of connector A) respectively, both housed in the engine compartment junction unit B001.

This direct battery power supply is protected upstream by fuse F70 (CVM) of the maxifuse box on the battery B099 (connector A).

Side cigar lighter P058 A and current socket P058 B receive a direct battery supply via the line protected by fuse F56 and managed by relay T66, both located in the additional fuse box B098.

The supply reaches the corresponding pins 2, and both lines are interrupted during starting (INT/A) through the line protected by fuse F31 of the Body Computer M001 (pin 27 of connector E).

The direct battery power supply is protected upstream by fuse F72 (CPL2) - rear area - of the maxifuse control unit on the battery B099 (connector C).

To facilitate their use, both the cigar lighters and the current sockets are lit up when the side lights are on.

The earth for current socket / cigar lighter P050 and the current socket in the dashboard P051 is supplied, at pins 3, by the earth in the centre dashboard C022 (connector B), whilst side cigar lighter P058 A and current socket P058 B are connected, via pin 3, to the optional cab earth C099.
