- Place the car on a lift. Op. 7055B54 |

 |
1. Open the band, disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe and move it to one side to clear the working area. 2. Open the band (2a) and disconnect the cooling system supply pipe (2b). |
 |
1. Open the band (1a) and disconnect the radiator coolant outlet hose (1b), water pump side. |
 |
1. Disconnect the quick connector (1a) and remove the radiator coolant outlet sleeve (1b). |

- Loosen the band and disconnect the radiator coolant outlet sleeve from the lower connector. |
|
|
Refitting
(
Removing
)
- Connect the radiator coolant outlet sleeve to the lower connector and tighten the band. - Place the radiator coolant sleeve in position and connect the quick connector, radiator side. - Connect the radiator coolant outlet sleeve, water pump side, and tighten the band. - Connect the cooling system supply pipe and tighten the band. - Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe and close the band. |
