The following preliminary operations must be carried out before removing and refitting the airbag module.

- Turn the ignition key to the STOP position.

Op. 5530B54 BATTERY COVER - R+R

- Disconnect and insulate the battery terminals.

- Wait for 10 minutes before continuing.
