- Position the vehicle on a lift. |

1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the reaction pawl (1b) and the bolts (1c) fixing the stub axle (1d). |

1. Remove the stub axle from the vehicle. |

Refitting

Removing
)
- Check that the stub axle is not damaged. - Place the stub axle in position and tighten the fixing bolts. - Place the reaction pawl in position and screw in the fixing bolts tightening them to the recommended torque.
