Removing ( Refitting )

- Position the vehicle on the lift.

1. Using a special spanner on the moving tensioner (1a), discharge the pressure and remove the engine components single drive belt (1b).




Refitting ( Removing )

Avoid the belt coming into contact with oil or solvents that could alter the flexibility of the rubber with a resulting loss of adhesion.

Also check that there are no cracks or cuts in the belt and, if necessary, replace it with a new component.

1. Fit the drive belt taking care to position the ribs on it correctly in the pulley grooves.

2 Release the automatic belt tensioner and rotate the crankshaft through a revolution to let the belt bed in
