Refitting

- Place the car on a lift.

Op. 5530B54

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 7055B51

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the E.G.R. solenoid valve.

2. Undo the fixing screws (2a) and remove the EGR valve (2b).

Removing

1. Position the EGR valve (1a) in its housing and tighten the fixing screws (1b).

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the E.G.R. solenoid valve.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 5530B54

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
