Refitting

If the DPF differential pressure sensor is being replaced, when the refitting is complete the following operations must be carried out using the Examiner.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the particulate filter differential pressure sensor.

2. Loosen the bands and disconnect the flexible pipes from the particulate filter differential pressure sensor.

3. Undo the bolt (3a) and remove the particulate filter differential pressure sensor (3b).

Removing

- Position the differential pressure sensor in its housing and tighten the bolt.

- Connect the flexible pipes to the particulate filter differential pressure sensor and tighten the bands.

- Connect the electrical connection for the particulate filter differential pressure sensor.
