- Open the bonnet. Op. 5530B54 - Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1064B30 WASTEGATE SOLENOID VALVE MOUNTING BRACKET - R.R. |

 |
1. Disconnect the quick connector (1a) for the fuel supply pipe and the quick connector (1b) for the fuel return pipe. 2. Release the fuel supply and return pipes from the retaining clips. |

1. Disconnect the fuel return pipe from the injectors. 2. Open the band (2a) and disconnect the injection pump fuel supply pipe (2b). 3. Undo the fixing screws (3a) and remove the fuel return manifold (3b). |

Refitting

- Place the fuel return manifold in its housing and tighten the fixing screws. - Connect the fuel return pipe to the injection pump and close the band. - Connect the fuel return pipe from injectors. - Secure the fuel supply and return pipes with the retaining clips. - Connect the fuel supply pipe quick connector to the pressure pump and the fuel return pipe quick connector to the return manifold. |
